Sudz N Stuff Terms & Conditions
Deliveries within Australia:
Sudz N Stuff will endeavour to deliver to all areas of Australia covered by Australia Post. Please allow 3-14 business days for delivery. Care is always taken with the packaging of products, however, in the event of receiving a broken or faulty product, please follow the steps below.
Each shipment is packed carefully and in the rare event that your order does arrive damaged please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the problem and provide a photo. In the case of breakages, we will not resend item/s however a credit will be applied to your online account that you can deduct from your next order. A digital photo of the breakages must be sent to Sudz N Stuff within 3 days of receipt of goods. Sudz N Stuff will credit the cost of the damaged goods partially or fully; however, we do not refund shipping costs.
All refunds will be at the sole discretion of Sudz N Stuff, if you’re not satisfied with your product for any reason please contact Sudz N Stuff to discuss the matter. Please carefully check all orders once you have taken delivery of them. If you notice any discrepancies please contact Del at email@example.com.
If you wish to return any items please contact Del at Sudz N Stuff first. Goods that are damaged or broken on return to Sudz N Stuff will be charged for. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in full, unopened and unused to get a partial/full refund – less the cost of postage.
Please check all orders carefully before submitting your online order as we’re unable to add to or combine orders once placed.
The prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST). Prices are for internet orders only and are subject to change at any time without notification. We do not offer rain checks on out of stock items.
We do not offer credit accounts to our customers and require payment prior to shipment of goods. Sorry, we DO NOT accept cheques at all.
Payment can be made via:
- Credit Card – Sudz N Stuff accepts most major credit cards through our online shopping cart using woo commerce. This is the most secure way of using your credit card online.
- PayPal – which is a highly secure site
- After Pay – 4 fortnightly payments
We accept either Visa, Mastercard and Amex and when paying via Credit Card you will receive a final amount which will include shipping costs. We do not record your Credit Card details on our site.
If you prefer to send these details separately, FOR YOUR SECURITY DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD DETAILS VIA EMAIL. Please quote your order number and name, when phoning 0423 932 760 . We request this to be done as soon as possible after placing your order to hasten shipment. We will link your order to your supplied Credit Card details and then process it.
Credit Card Details and Declined Cards:
We take your Credit Card security very seriously and we will not telephone you (even if requested) to verify your card details, we will email you if there’s a problem with your card and ask you to contact us or supply the missing data. Cards being declined are often due to customers accidentally entering the incorrect expiry.
When paying by PayPal, this isn’t always immediate. It can take up to two business days for the funds to be received by Sudz N Stuff. After submitting your order you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website where you then authorise the payment to Sudz N Stuff and complete the ordering process.
Products will vary in nature and colour from shipment to shipment. Products may also differ from their photo on the website. All names and descriptions are given as approximates only and may vary according to each product in exact size and nature.
Once you have placed the order and clicked the submit button you are obligated to purchase your order. If stock levels are unavailable you will not be able to purchase that item and we do not allow backorders.
If you decide to cancel your order for any reason and you have paid via credit card, PayPal or After Pay you will incur a $10.00 admin fee to process and reverse this transaction. To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order has not been shipped, the order will immediately be cancelled. If the order has been shipped, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
